Welcome to Kalbott’s official website (hereinafter: “the Website”), operated by Kalbott, located at 19 Vital Street, Tel Aviv (hereinafter: “Website Management” or “the Band”).

By using the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Accessing and using the Website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and your commitment to comply with them.

These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.

The services provided on the Website are subject to these terms and conditions. By ordering services, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. This agreement is legally binding between you and the Website Management.

Services
The Website provides the following services:

• Information about Kalbott, including upcoming performances and the band’s activities.
• Purchase of Kalbott merchandise and tickets to events.
• Access to Kalbott’s music, media, and exclusive content.

You may place orders for products or services through the Website, subject to availability and location.

Payments for services on the Website can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other methods as approved by Website Management. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Website Management reserves the right to discontinue services at any time.

Order Eligibility

Cancellations and Modifications

• Cancellation of services is permitted up to 24 hours after the order is placed, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

• Website Management reserves the right to cancel any order with at least two hours’ notice to the customer. Any amounts already paid will be refunded.

• Most merchandise is prepared for shipment within five business days.
• Delivery options include home delivery, self-pickup from our headquarters at 19 Vital Street, Tel Aviv, or other designated locations.
